Return Policy and Covid-19

It is our pleasure to serve you and hope that you find your new strap(s) to bring many years of enjoyment.  Customer service is our priority.
Returns -
We will accept straps from our normal stock that have NOT BEEN WORN OR mounted in any way for exchange or store credit (minus the shipping charge) within 7 days of customer’s receipt of goods.  If you have already mounted it to the watch it will be evident that it is not new and we will not be able to sell it to any other client.  Mounted straps have a horizontal line across the hole where buckled. If at any time, a strap is returned due to a defect in workmanship, we will replace it free of charge.
- In order to return a product, you must notify TC Straps within 7 business days of receiving your order for us to take an order back (this applies to U. S. customers only).  For international sales, sorry, but we cannot offer any return policy due to the costs and time delays of shipping, along with custom's and duties delays on orders shipped outside the U. S.
- We do NOT accept returns on Custom/Special Order straps as these straps are made in Italy just for you as per the leather and specifications you provide.
- Exclusions include final sale/clearance items, see below for details. The Item must have been purchased at full price. Returned items that show mild signs of wear may be issued store credit at the discretion of TC Straps.
 - Items bought on promotion or with any discount code totaling more than 20% off the original price will not be eligible for return. Any items purchased under promotional or discount code stipulations will not be available for refund, exchange or credit.
- We accept returns or exchanges for product damaged in transit or if the incorrect item was shipped to you.

Customer satisfaction is our priority. 

If you are not satisfied with your order or part of your order for any reason, you have 30 days to return it.

We simply ask you to follow this simple procedure:

  • Make sure you only return new merchandise which has not been assembled as a watch. If you have already attached the strap to a watch, it will be evident that it is not new and we will not be able to sell it to any other customer, and as such we will not be able to accept the return unless it is a faulty product. 
  • Before processing a return, send us an email to devoluciones@diloy.com indicating the invoice number of the purchase, the item references and quantities that you wish to return, the reason for the return in order to help us improve and whether you prefer that the money is returned (in the case that the merchandise has already been paid for) or if you would rather an exchange.
